About This Hike
This lovely trip is an easy walk/hike on the western bluffs of the Columbia River just north of it’s true headwaters. The mighty Columbia is the longest in the pacific northwest and is the resting and nesting grounds of countless species of birds. We may also spot elk, rocky mountain sheep, turtles and more. This is a wonderful trip for young explorers as well. Join us for an informative and interesting glimpse at one of the most ecologically diverse and important ecosystems in our region.
