Purcell Lakes Adventure

The path less travelled...

Pristine turquoise lakes, high mountain passes and magnificent glaciers

This trip has it all! Old growth forests, waterfalls, turquoise lakes, ancient glaciers…too many things to list. After the first night alongside our first lake, we make our way out of the trees and trace the steps of glaciers past. Climbing to 2600m, our highest point in the trip, we work our way through unique rock features under the rugged Septet Mountains. We make our base for the next two nights surrounded by an endless cirque of wildflowers, shimmering lakes and majestic glaciers. We spend the days wandering through this incredible area seeking out the hidden treasures and can take a dip in the lakes if you dare! Explore this seldom visited location, deep in the Purcell Mountains, with Playwest Mountain Experiences…you’ll be glad you did.
